ARROSTA
ITALIAN ROTISSERIE  ​​​
As the latest addition to San Antonio's Pearl District, Arrosta is an Italian fast-casual rotisserie meant to entice the passerby with quick grab and go options. 
Leaving the existing concrete floors and ceiling exposed allows for the swath of rich tiles and natural wood to surround the rotisserie, espresso machines and prepared foods with color and warmth. As attention is called to the serving counter, the aprons of white marble are designed to signify moments of service. 
Adjacent to the counter, the banquette seating is inspired by the subtle curves and cylindrical legs of the classic bistro chair. These fifteen foot benches were designed to create a contrast of intimate moments, but also communal interaction.
